Wired Well

An Integrated Approach to

Enhancing Employee Wellness Programs

Speaker Monique Little

(Chief People Officer, First Tech Credit Union)

Increasingly, organizations are looking for innovative ways to expand corporate wellness programs, improve the return on investment, and meet the needs of a diverse workforce. Join First Tech Federal Credit Union’s Chief People Officer, Monique Little for an engaging discussion about the credit union’s comprehensive approach to total employee wellness called WiredWell. This award winning program focuses on providing employees with tools, advice and resources to.

• Live financially strong
• Be healthy
• Cultivate their careers
• Support their communities

Often times, companies view wellness from the health perspective only. WiredWell is focused on addressing employees’ total wellness under the belief that a well-rounded; cared for; and mentally, physically, financially and emotionally “well” employee will only make the organization stronger. Join us to learn more about how the program was developed, communicated and how it enhanced First Tech’s employee engagement, satisfaction and business results.

Monique is a career Human Resources professional who oversees First Tech’s HR, Employee Development, Corporate Communications and Community Relations functions. A financial services veteran, she was also Vice President and Senior HR Partner with Columbia Management, the nationally recognized asset management firm. Monique has a bachelor’s degree from Oregon State University and is a certified Human Resources Professional (Human Resources Certification Institute). She’s actively involved in professional and community organizations, including serving as Past President of the Northwest Human Resource Management Association (NHRMA), Past Director of the Oregon State SHRM Council, and is an active Technology Association of Oregon HR Committee member.
