The Language of Fees

This seminar will guide you through the “how” of the fee conversation so that all parties feel comfortable and confident in your approach.

Richard Schainker, CIMA® has acquired his knowledge over 20 years in the retirement plans industry and currently serves as a Retirement Plan Consultant and Vice President for Invesco. Rich covers the Pacific Northwest for Invesco’s Investment-Only Retirement Plan Consulting Team. Rich participates in the development and delivery of tools and resources his firm offers its retirement plan advisers and institutional clients. Rich delivers continuing education to many investment and accounting professionals, participates in an annual plan sponsor symposium with representatives of the Department of Labor, speaks to employers on effective plan governance and the regulatory and legislative reform efforts that impact retirement savings, and delivers communication and presentation skills programs for financial advisers.

Prior to joining Invesco in 2002 he was a senior investor representative at T. Rowe Price, a plan consultant and national sales manager at Trust Consultants, Inc., and vice president of retirement plan sales at John Hancock.
He has met the Investment Management Consultant Association’s credentialing standards to be designated a Certified Investment Management Analyst and is Series 7, 63 and 66 licensed.
