    Keynote Speakers

    Ross Shafer — Six time Emmy Award winning comedian and business writer best known for his roles as a talk and game show host on Comedy Central and more. His latest books include “Behave Like a Startup” and “Success: It’s On You.”

    Tom Foster — National spokesperson at MassMutual Financial Group. Tom has more than 30 years of experience working with retirement plans, covering product development, training, marketing and relationship management. His WP&BC Portland presentation will cover: “Retirement Readiness & the Bottom Line.”

    Lew Minsky — President and CEO of the Defined Contribution Institutional Investment Association (DCIIA). Lew was formerly an attorney in the Office of the General Council Department of Commerce, and has advised plan sponsors, service providers and fiduciary committees on governance, public policy and compliance issues. He has provided expert testimony to Congressional committees and federal regulatory agencies.
